The project is located in Westminster, Newman Street, where artists, poets, writers gather together in early nineteenth century. The Fitzroy Tavern in the street hosted intellectuals like Virginia Woolf, George Orwell, George Bernard Shaw. 

Inspired by the intellectual history of the street, project's concept is designed to refer that intellectual atmosphere.
